This is a lesson that I use to teach the kids about Organization. They start with a good lead, then add three supporting sentences with details and finish their paragraph with a closing sentence that should link back to the main idea. The kids enjoy this lesson, however I think next year, since most kids chose scary leads, it might make more sense to adapt it to a ghost or some type of Halloween image rather than a hamburger...
